Presented by Ron Kaz RPh, Albertsons Diabetes Care Pharmacist, this four hour class is offered free to diabetes patients in the iPN community.  Topics covered include: Overview of Diabetes; Blood Glucose Monitoring; Medications and Insulin; Nutrition and meal planning; Avoiding complications of diabetes; Learning to manage diabetes; Using physical activity to lower glucose; Goal setting for better health; Skin care and foot care; Keep your heart healthy.
